Great place to stay and visit Tokyo
Location is very convenient. We landed in Haneda but left from Narita. Easy access to both. Near shopping trains restaurant etc.
The check in was a little confusing but not bad.

Wonderful
Clean, modern and practical . Did not meet any staff but the facilities are nice.
The light in the kitchen area/hallway was motion activated so we had to disable it to avoid waking each other up at night.

Wonderful
Super close to subway and rail station, nice view of Ueno Park from elevator. Nice bathroom, great shower and toilet, comfy bed and good internet, my son liked the bunk bed.
Check in cumbersome and hard after long travel.
