Fabuleux 
Emplacement idéal, proche de la gare. Très bon confort des chambres studio.
Borne d'enregistrement, c'est un peu compliqué et parfois ça ne fonctionne pas.

Bien 
Chambre spacieuse avec baignoire. Idéale pour une famille avec 2 enfants surtout pour Tokyo. L'emplacement au top.
Impossible de stocker nos bagages avant ou après. Aucune possibilité d'assurer une continuité de la part de l'hôtel alors que nous avions réservé 2 fois 2 nuits mais 2 types de chambres différentes. Une avec baignoire et une sans baignoire. Nous avons donc du libérer la chambre, mettre les bagages en consignes et réenregistrer en.fin de journée.

« Trop petit et problèmes de services et de salle de bain. »
Propre et bien équipé.
L'appartement correspond à deux personnes, trois si on se serre. Pour quatre personnes, impossible de ranger les valises ou de se croiser. La douche n'avait pas de pression et l'eau devenait froide toutes les deux minutes. De plus, le personnel est invisible et a été incapable de nous fournir des serviettes propres pour la salle de bain durant le séjour. L'appartement n'est réellement proche de rien si ce n'est du parc de Ueno, à 10 minutes, il y a cependant le métro et le train.

Agréable
Nous avons aimé la chambre, l'emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport à la gare et.aux activités avoisinantes.
Nous avons rencontré des difficultés au check in. Il n'y a personne en face. Tout se fait à distance. Les retours par mail n'etaient pas satisfaisant de notre point de vue.
